8:03 AM Apr 8th from web

@JMcK4 thats the point, there is nothing to hinder. Universities have no caps. Businesses have no caps. WHere are the apps
8:38 AM Apr 8th from web in reply to JMcK4
@mcuban The problem is, ISP's that are also cable companies (Time Warner) are including bandwidth caps to hinder these new techonologies
8:35 AM Apr 8th from web in reply to mcuban

@mferdman that has happened before. We put movies on VOD 3 weeks before they are in theaters. Sells well. But thats nothing new

reply to mferdman post @mcuban motion picture premieres on their own websites, like Wolverine premiering and charging $10 online, PLUS in theaters. Problem solved.

@DarthMolen so the gov should spend billions to enable the replacing of gaming consoles ?
8:39 AM Apr 8th from web in reply to DarthMolen
reply to DarthMolen post @mcuban Nope! OnLive is a streaming gaming platform. Cloud based. HUGE bandwidth needed. IMHO, still 5 yrs away. Not just TVs and movies.

@DasGreggo bandwidth caps open the door for pricing for high bandwidth apps. Bandwidth is not free. We might as well figure out how to pay
9:20 AM Apr 8th from web in reply to DasGreggo
reply to DasGreggo post @mcuban Unless something is done about bandwidth caps, it might be a while before things possibly larger than TV and movies are considered!
9:06 AM Apr 8th from web
